Since my mom found out that she require to work on weekends. Now, she starting to considering not to go for it. Plus working at night... Sound too much like my position...
Speaking of the position, there's one available postion for morning. I remember one person did work there and she works every morning execpt weekends. Then I decided to ask for that position.
One guy came up to me and go with him in the pravite room plus another young lady who knows sign language. He told me that if I want that "promote" position... I didn't realize that is for promote position. He said that I would not be able to get that postion because of my "attenditive(sp) problem". What he means that I have to fill out certain days that I can't show up TWO weeks ahead... NOT 3 days before or something like that. Plus, I left early at night couple times.... again that was NOT on purpose, it was miscommunication there!! *sigh* However, they don't see that. They see it as an exuse.
I did fill out certain dates and they didn't updated what I'm available or not, in the past before I joined the Threatre. I was stuck on those dates. It's like I'm not allow to "unavailable" I've asked 30 hours or less... They put me more hours. When I starting to try-out. I did fill out what's I'm NOT available... Yet, they still didn't change the update. I fed-up. I went ahead and go and try-out and I got the part. I called 3 days ahead to let them know I can't show up(I already fill out TWO weeks ahead).
Geez, BECAUSE of my "attentive (show up) promblem" DAMN IT!!! Now I do look bad for the future job. I'm surprised that they didn't fired me. CRAP!!! What's next??

Aww I understand how you feel especially about miscommunication. It definitely sounds like miscommunication. Is this guy your supervisor or is he the manager? If he is not the manager, I would try to explain to the manager (in a form of letter or e-mail so that miscommunication would not continue) that it was not your intention to do this and that, and that you strive to show up whenever you can, etc. Let me know if it would be possible, hang in there! :-)
