Exhuasted!

I never thought I'm so exhuasted in my whole life. I've been busy here and there even during rain and non-rain. Today is my day off. Guess What, I slept and woke up... After a while, I slept again and woke up. OY! I'm so tired. I went to swim for about an hour. Afterward, I slept, again. Good thing I did catching up on my Zzzzz. Because tmw will be another busy and the rest of the week. OY!

Speaking of excerise and try to keep it up. Girl! Ya mention this 3 weeks as a consistent habit, HECK! I've been doing for 3 months. Just for a few weeks I missed all those, next thing I knew I gain back to the orgional(sp) weight. Geez, talk about life's not fair. Haha. Oh, having my mom's support me... Nah, I don't think so. All she ever does is nagging. Haha. I know she means well but it can be annoying.

But swimming in the pool was sure nice. I did my excerise there. It's so much easier than being out in the heat... and HUMID. Last year, it was dry but this year, it's humid. That's werid way of Mother's Nature... and of course, global warming or is it El Nino or La Nina. Or all in three? Don't matter but all I can say weather's are having ups and downs lately. I'm so glad that the sunshine is still shine.
