Wow! This month is alot faster than I thought. I've been busy lately.
Speaking of September, my birthday is coming soon. Man! I'm getting old... very old. However, I'm still young in my heart. Just that, I couldn't believe that's long time I've been here on Earth in USA. Espeically alot can happen when people died in early age.
Oh, guess what I'm going to AZ this November. I'm not going to tell where is exactly. Smile!
However, I will be when I get back home. It's very exciting

Off the subject, my parents were talking today. I asked, "whatcha talking about?" They seems in a very serious discussion.
Mom told me that my parents are thinking about having Dad retire that certian company and work in different company in North Carolina. Main reason is that, it is tooo expensive here and they could not able to save any dimes on retirement plans. They do not want to wait 2 years to move again since they can not save anything.
Dad do not want to make harsh decision. He rather wait until he contact to the company to be sure that company will hire him or not. Dad do not want to "retire" now and regret it. Espeically they do want to earn the living for few more years before they retire.
Either way, it is still a risk.

Last night I had a nightmare. It's really about a large obstacle in my way and it is so overwhalm to overcome. I need to open it up. Problem is that I already did but no one understands me where I'm coming from. That part is frustrating. One thing I still haven't had a chance to talk to my 2nd mom. I wish my trip wasn't that short plus my 2nd mom got sick while I was there. I guess I do have "bottle up my emotional"...
Well, it is getting late and I better go to bed.

Little Girl
There's something I would like to mention this. Over the labor day weekend, I was staying at my 2nd mom. She brought a little girl at the airport. My 2nd mom was taking temporary custody for that 2 years old girl. Cuz, her mother's on drugs and in jail. Father is nowhere to be found. Sad... truly sad...
So, that cute 2 years old was very shy to meet me. She hidden behind my 2nd mom's leg. She's really adorable. My 2nd mom put her in the back seat with that special thing for kids to sit down with seatbelt. I just wave at her with a smile as I sitting in the front seat.
Later at night, we stop at Chik-fla(sp). The little girl told my 2nd mom that she rather have me put her down from the mini-suv. I was kinda surprised by that so was my 2nd mom since she wasn't expecting it. I don't mind. So I did.
There's chick-fi-la(wrong sp again) have a mini door to fit thru. 2nd mom was encouraging her to go to that mini-door. As I quickly go around to the large door to meet that little girl. 2nd mom said, "What do ya think of that? That special door is made for you." So sweet...
Next day, I decided to go ahead and unbuckle the seatbelt and put her down from the SUV instead of my 2nd mom as well as I put her back every time we get on SUV. Of course, that little girl said to my 2nd mom that she wants me to do it. She's such a sweetie.
According to my 2nd mom, that little girl's mind is absorbing like a sponge that absorb from the water. For example, when she's driving there's a car cut too close in front of her, 2nd mom said, "YOU FRIGGIN' IDIOT!!!!" Few moments later, the little girl repeat of what 2nd mom said. After that, 2nd mom kept her mouth shut. I laughed.
One morning, we got up very early to go to the DragonCon to drop me off. That little girl asked this question, "Why do we have to go 'bye-bye' so early?" Aaaaww so adorable. Of course, 2nd mom explaining everytime the little girl asking questions.
At night, 2nd mom also take care of the 3 days from her long time friend since her friend's son is getting in for divorce. So, 2nd mom taking care of the 3 days at evening. The little girl learned the word "cooperate". My 2nd mom is trying to teach her that dog's behavior is different and doesn't mean they're bad. One dog would not cooperate when give to the medication and being stubborn. While other dog would cooperate when giving the medication.
The little girl use that word... "cooperate" that 2nd mom taught her a new word. As we were in the house giving dog foods and etc. There's a peanut butter mix with medication. The little girl have peanut butter with medication. 2nd mom was gone other room. The little girl came to the dog. I didn't know that she can give the medication to that certain dog since I didn't know which dog that would cooperate and would not. I told her "no". The little girl was being stubborn, "Yes!" I told her "No!" Then she started to cry and go to the 2nd mom. The 2nd mom came up and asked me why is she crying. I explained to her then she said, "oh, that's okay. This dog does cooperate." The little girl gave the medication with peanut butter. The dog just lick it off. He's just exciting like having candy to eat. I thought that was interesting. I did apolozie to the little girl, "I'm sorry. I didn't know." Of course, I'm sure the little girl don't understand but still I went ahead and told the little girl that I'm sorry.
Meanwhile, the little girl is feeding the dinner to the same dog while Deb is trying to get other un-cooperative dog that was outside. Deb needs to put in the cage so that way it would seprate from other big dog who will eat other dog foods.
The little girl went upstair and Deb told me to do the same because that un-cooperative dog wouldn't come in unless the little girl and I went upstair and closed the gate. As I went upstair, the little girl stopped and turned around order me, "Go downstair and sit down!!" I told the little girl, "No." Again the little girl repeat and so I said the same thing, "no, I will not go down to sit down." The little girl repeat, I decided to explain to her why I am not going downstair within a few seconds the little girl lost her balance and fell on the steps. I'm just am glad that it is only 2 steps down and not all the way down stairs. She did bump her face on the fence-rail-thing. There's a small red marked on her cheek. She started to cry.
Of course, I explained that to my 2nd mom. My 2nd mom said she's tired and there's a cranky mood in her. That make sense since it is kinda late. My 2nd mom did managed to get the uncooperative dog in the cage and went upstair. The little girl stick her both arms out as she wanted me to pick her up and carried her. I did. The little girl said something that I do not understand but I do understand 2nd mom when she's kissing the little girl's cheek to make it all better. She's such a sweetie. 2nd mom asked me if she will carry. I told her, "Nah, it's fine. I'll carry her." I took her to the SUV and put her up the seat. Then she's fine.
At night, I gave a good night hug to the little girl before she's going to bed. She's really a good girl.

Fall Time Already?
I sure hope so, the weather is getting nice and nicer. I'm so exciting. I love Autumn!! My favorite thing in the whole wide world. YaY!!!
The weather is alittle cool today but it has humid in it; however, tonight will go down to 70's. I can't wait for more nice weather and taking for a walk with Reese. Since Reese loves to walk. I managed to walk this evening when it's cool but I still get sweat a bit because it's still humid plus the wind isn't blowing to help out.
Reese loves it! She likes it so much that she's truly exciting and just barking and jump up and down the moment I put my tennis shoes on. Sooo cute.
I already pictures Oreo. I will planning on downloading soon by end of this Friday or before.

News about Oreo...
We haven't posted up "Found kitty" either we postpone it or we don't want to do it. However, we still have not hear any news about "Lost Kitten". If someone want badly enough, they would have posted "Lost Kitten".
Speaking of Oreo, he and Reese get along very good. They play with each other alot. Sometimes, we have to watch Reese because she can play rough sometimes. Plus, Reese tends to overboard (play way too much and doesn't know when to stop). I have to stop her for a while until she's calms down and cool off then play again. It's same with Oreo. Oreo needs a sleep since Kittens do need that. So I encourage Reese to come to sit with me. Afterwhile Oreo joins with us and sleep.
Of course, once Oreo wakes up, he'll go and start playing "cat-mouse" and "hide-and-seek" games with Reese. Sometimes, they're playing weastling(sp). They're so cute and get alongs very well with each other. Just need to keep an eye on Reese to make sure that she doesn't get too rough since Oreo is still a kitten.

Oreo??
Well, mom been kept talking about getting black/white border collie and name him/her an Oreo. She kept wanting to go to visit humane socity but always avoid it.
Guess what? Mom went to take my dog, Reese for a walk since I do not feel so good. It's nice weather. There's a black/white kitty follows my mom and decided to bring him home. He's a stray cat. He's a male and skinny to the bones. Either he's stray or lost. So, mom said want to named him "Oreo" I told her but first let check the neighborhood to make sure that he doesn't belong to anyone. There might be someone who lost a kitten would be very sad and upsetting. That kitten seems gone long time, too becuase he's dirty and skinny.
Mom bought kitten food, yesterday for Oreo. He has a good personality. He ate a lot and drink a lot of water. We gave one at a time to Oreo so it won't be so overwhalmed to his stomach. If we don't hear anything then we will keep Oreo.
Picture of Oreo later...

September already?
My goodness! Where the summer had gone by so quickly? I just couldn't believe it. My plans are to have one month off before going back to work.
I still considering to try to find another job first. I want to go to the smaller store because that store where I work is sooo huge. I figure that smaller store would be best and it's not taking so much cleaning. I'm hoping to get one of my fave store because it has my size. If not, that's fine but as long I'm using the smaller size store, anywhere but the bigger size store.
So, wish me good luck for that.
Meantime, I'm just relaxing and doing my errands. I still haven't straighten out my University, yet. I got one more paperwork that I have to do. I can't wait to straighten that out. In meantime I want to visit few other universities.
Also, I haven't heard from my temporary VR. I better contact him soon. I almost forgotten until now. I just send an email. Haha, nice thing about technology nowadays.
Good Nite for now!

Half Good and Half Bad
My labor day weekend was so-so.
I did went to the convention. Sadly, I went to the wrong Looooonnnnnnnnggg line worth about 3-4 hours for nothing. I missed out alot from the begining.
At least, I get to see my favorite actor up on the stage. It's better than nothing. I spend mostly taking picture than listen to the interpreter.
Also, I get to see Star Trek (different from StarGate).
It's very interesting that so many people wear costumes. Star Wars, Star Trek, Star Gate, Harry Potter and some are fantasy such as Demons, fairies, witches and one unicorn. I do see some wear Disney movies such as snow white, Belle, and some villian like Gaston and snow white's witch. I saw one wear snow white but in sexy kinda way because it short mini skirt. It looks almost like maid-snow white. Some wear leather outfit. Oh, I saw one girl worn Duct Tape around the boobs and the under-thing-y like bathing suit. I can't help but thinking "Ow" that gotta be hurt.
I saw one cool costume. It has a real mask cover up the skin on the face with neat-o costume. As well as wearing wing that does move up and down when he move the arms. It's a demon part. Looks sooo realistic. I bet it takes long time to do that. It's so amazing to look all those.
Oh I remember other one with white wig with long medival dress and have two red dots with a little bloody. Like the vimpire got her. It's interesting to see all those. It's so different.
There's a competation for custume. There's a compention for Kliogon Empire for the beauty pagant female Kligon. It's very interesting. It's rather very different.
Oh, I got the chance to have a picture with Paul McGillion. When I recieve the picture, for some reason Paul looks so adorble in it with me. The way Paul hold me look alike he's holding me in a kind of hug-way and my head on his chest while Paul's head lay on my head. It's so cute! It's looks good. That melts my heart.
Speaking of Paul, when I was at the audience, I decided to come up a little closer in front of Paul and he noticed me. Thanks Paul! That made my day. Especially when I have my PMS and I'm being over sensective that I tried so hard to fight to prevent of being over-senative(sp).
Here's the pictures that I took it is on Flickr that shows both Star Gate and Star Trek.

Be Still and know I am God...
Yeah, I'm standing still.. "Hi God." *waves up in the air* Verse...Chapter.. somewhere in the bible. Yeah, I know I am making a little joke here. Good or bad? Depend on your point of view.
Mind ya, although I am no longer Christian but I do believe in God.
Well, I think God is telling me to wait and be patience. Good things will come to you when you have patience.
I decided to postpone my school until Spring. Everything is just last minutes. I hate last minutes. The dorm is no longer available but I can live off-campus but I do not want to pay monthly rent if it is free to stay in school. It would save whole lot of trouble for me. And I still haven't got the classes prepare... many other reasons.
Next day, I have appointment with my temporary VR. I think it is a good thing because my first VR didn't give me much of advices. Maybe help me at some things but not much relate to school. Unless VR was planning to have a discuss with me. But I don't think so. I went ahead and apply one University. My first VR said that's fine and go for it. Well, that VR did got promoted and transfered. Now I am talking to my tempoary VR. My temp VR warned me about the....ahem... the services for the Deaf isn't that good, the one that I planned to go. He also gave me another advices.. He gave me the first 3 top choices for science major that would be best for me for my future of the job.
Funny thing is that. I have struggle of what speaific field do I really wants because I knew major Biology is too board for me. (even Marine Biology is general.) I want something that fits for me... something I don't mind... something I do enjoy...
That temp VR spoke something that I have been looking for... He said that Biology major is too general and recommend to take that elevuation(sp) so that will help narrow down. Also, that would help to pinpoint of which college offers that fits for speaific major degree. I was like, "YES! That's what I've been looking for! I do not know what speaific do I really wants and what fits my personality better! I want that way." That's why I could not find what college do I really wants. I was so relief to hear that. Now, I am asking my temp VR to be no longer my temp and have it direct transfer to him permant. He said that he will have to discuss with his supervisor. DAMN!! Why do supervisor have to make the decision there? Why can't I make the decision? No matter... I will get what I want because I have the right to pick my own prefences of VR. I have done that once before and I can do that again.
At first, I was sooo frustrated that nothing comes the way I wanted!! And now... I know why. If I knew about that I would have not done it. LOL, but that's okay. At least, I got the most work done... However, there's more paperwork to do but this time I'm more relax. And focus more on my Labor Day weekend. *smile*
P.S. I got things straighten out with my Sidekick-pager. Also, my internet is DSL. When TV cable isn't working then internet is not working, either. Don't ya hate that? Anyway, things back to normal, again.

Unstopable Reese
Yep, that says it all. My parents and I were trying to encourage Reese to get in the pool since last year and this year. It sure take a long time. Finally, few weeks ago, we got her swimming in the pool. Now, we can't stop from her not to swim in the pool. Hahaha. When my dad told her, "no, stay." As my dad were busy swimming and didn't notice. Reese hopped in the pool while she has that chance. Today, I finally had a chance to walk, Reese. Since there's wind blowing. That helps a lot! I did 2 short walk with her. Plus, she was running around the pool and swim once. She's already exhausted. Normally, at night, she's ready to play but not tonight.
Wow, Time flies.... Now I have nothing to do. I grow accusmtoed to do errands...and doing things such as going to work and going to the play.. And now.. I'm sitting and doing nothing. Well, not exactly doing nothing because I'm typing in this blog. Haha! Well, it's weekend... everything is closed. So tomorrow(Monday), I will start on my errands, again. I still have so much to do this week and so little time.
What else is new? My Soul Sister will be flying over at my home during Thanksgiving from Oregon. I can't wait to see her.
Since, we postpone our visit to Gergoria until Christmas. I wonder would it be before Christmas... During ... or After? I guess I will find out when I have the "talk" with my parents this Thanksgiving. If not, I may fly over to visit my Soul Sister in Oregon since her gramma will be paying my flight for me. My guts tell me that going to Gergoria may not going to happen. After all, we might ended up discussing what shall we do with our pets and ended up of not going. Wait and See...
Well, I gotta go since I'm going to be busy all week....

Today's last day...
For my work...
Today is the last day for my work. I have applied LOD... And I did double check my schaudle, my name is not on the list. So I know for sure it is no longer there.
Yah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No more work for me
Boo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No more money for me.
Haha!
That's okay. I can survive without it for a while. I know I can be patience. Lot-sa-patience... Meantime, I learn a lot working there more than I was working in cashier and at internship. Yeah I know, it's ironic. Tell me about it. I learn more than I ever knew.
Plus, I learn more about myself and the real world than I ever was when I was in college even I did have one semester off during the Fall time then back to school. I didn't know anything up to now. Werid. I learn so much more for past 2 years sum up for nearly 30 years.
Anyway, I'm so nervous! Going back to college... Man! I don't think I can do it anymore. I'm getting old. I know, I know, there are people who are older did go to college but for me. It's not easy. There are many different reasons.
Well, speaking of going back to college, I'm still working on it. It is not, yet, confirmed. Hopefully by tomorrow, if not then Monday. Plus I do have meeting this Wedensday with Office of disablity. This is first time I ever had a meeting since I'm so used to going to Gallaudet (most Deaf and Hard-of-hearing people.... and few hearings).
Sigh. Well, it is getting late and I better get to bed. After this weekend, I'm planning on going to bed early and get up early so I can prepare to go to school... weather or not I'm going.

World Clock
I got this email from a friend of mine. The World Clock check it out.
Speaking of boundaries, (Jennifer, seem like we have smiliar here) Last Sunday (yes it was Sunday, too) I decided to say "no" for my parents usually borrow my money and few times they didn't pay me back. Some did... some not... This time I decided to say "no" for a few reasons, one: this week is the last week of my working. two: I have plans for Labor Day Weekend and I need to keep the money. Three: My friend borrowed my money and she can't pay back fully. She only paid half. As long as she's paying me back, I'm okay. Just wish it is fully. So, that's when I decided to set-up my boundary here.
Of course, mom got all UPSET like I'm treating her as a "stranger" by saying "no" because we are family suppose to help each other. I rolled my eyes. I was thinking what's freaking next. She said that there are things that I "owe" them that I can't pay to them. I was like... Geez, now my mom is setting up the boundary. They said that I order the meal that is most expensive (I thought it was reasonable price especially they didn't say anything) and they choice NOT to say it.
I was like.. what happen to the communication, here?!?!? I didn't know that. They could have told me. They didn't. That's just one example. There's more on the lists.
Geez, just when I decided to say "no" ONCE.... Now mom make a big deal out of it. Now, she setting up the MORE boundaries... Eyes Rolls.. She cried. She certain take it personally, alright. I told my mom, "Don't I have the right to set up the boundaries, not only to strangers and friends but with family, too??"
Yesterday, I needed to buy a couple pair of shoes since my old ones are starting to wear-out and out-dated. So, mom and I go out together (we usually shop together and we enjoy doing that). Mom did asked me for 30 dollars. This time I didn't respond. I actually ingore her. I bought my one pair of shoes is all I needed instead of two. But I refuse to give money to my mom. I usually do that in the past but this time I have to say "no" again. Mainly because I wouldn't have the money after this week.
Geez....
(Jennifer, what's your brillant idea comes in your mind? ya mention in the twitter, ya got me curious) ;-)

Technology
Wow... amazing about technology nowadays.
Ever trouble with internet? My does... It's not working during the day when I needed the most while it's working just fine during the night when I'm not needed the most. Only check emails and maybe chat with friends online.
My tmobile's charger is not working. I haven't been using it for few weeks, now. That's another reason why I haven't been online lately. I use different screenname through computer... Plm is that I don't remember my other friends' sn for me to add on. Well, I'm not going to worry about it, anyway.
Any news? Well, so far I haven't succeed about my college this FALL... I am still working on it. One thing I hate the most is last minutes... But I'm still keep on working on it. If I don't succeed this FALL, I can do it in the spring. If I made it this FALL, then GREAT!!
So, one thing or another... I just let it go and do my best as I can. During the day time (interenet is not workin) I went to library so I can take care of few things and write down phone numbers so I can make phone calls. I feel more comfortable using computer at home than I do at libaray. Well, I don't have much choice... I still use library.
Ooohh, Another news, I CAN NOT wait until go to Convnetion(sp). It's coming soon.. I sure hope that Michael Shanks is still going. I hope that he doesn't cancel the plans. So, wait and see...
One thing is that I wish I could afford to buy a camera... I'm hoping that my dad would let me borrow his. Although I don't really like his camera that much. I want the camera that ZOOM in like one friend of mine has it. Because of possible sitting way in the back seat. Knowing my other friend... she tend to wait until last minutes and it would be too late to sit in the front. I'm hoping to convince my friend not to.
Mmmmm, that's all I can think of for now...

Old Habit, Die Hard
(Hey Jennifer, that's funny that you mention, cause I just thought of it today.) Speaking of old habit, die hard... Man! I was thinking overall for last several years... Yes, several years of trying to improve myself such as trying to stay organize but ended up relaspe. I try again... No luck. My question is "how in the world do you continue and stay that way??" How in the world to prevent of going back to the old way? I admit that my cleaning habit is still not that great... but it's better than before, that's for sure... But still, how do you do that?
Same with any other bad habits... according to my mom said, "change your lifestyle so you can change your old habit to new habit." She always make that impression.
It didn't acoss my mind until now.
Mom did told me that when she was once a "chain-smoker" she smokes 5 packs a day... talk about a heavy smoker.
She had her asthama attack and the doctor said that there's nothing they can do to help her. Only thing that she can do is to quit smoking. Boy! Talk about "cold turkey" everytime I approach my mom she just "blew-up" with frastruated. She said that she always smoke when she drink coffee. She goes to bed late and smoke.
Just a few examples, since mom have to quit smoking, that means she can't drink coffee. She goes to bed early instead of later. Everytime she wake up and start smokeing. Instead, she have to get up and do her errands instead of staying in bed smoking. So, changing your habit have to be changing lifestyle. I knew that would not be easy to do such thing like that.
Again, I ask myself, how in the world do I change my lifestyle? I realize, it's best for me to live by myself and able to focus on my goal. I notice my goal get sidetrack because I'm being distracted with a lot of things when I'm on my own. I don't get a lot of distracted and I'm able to focus on my goal better.
Again, I do know that is just an exuse. So,..... I still have no answer...
Only answer I can think of is determine... If ya truly want to change the old habit ... you have to be determine. That's the only thing I can think of.
I better go and do my errands before it's getting too late.

Today is last day
Yep, today was the last day for the PLAY...
There is a few cute guys there. I did observe them. One guy likes to be the center of the attention. I watch him talking few other girls as well as he talking to me. I can see that he's "playing hard to get". He's nice and yet not seem so nice. I did talk to him just to be polite. I'm surprised that he did not drain my energy away as I thought he would. Maybe it is because I only chat with him briefly. I'm not sure. I do keep myself minding my own buisness. Other guy, he seems a little bit young for me. I do enjoy his company but for some reason he wasn't hanging out with me. He seems ingoring me. I wonder why? Again, I was being polite. I continue to talk with others and not taking personally.
Meantime, I did go ahead enjoy my part. I truly did enjoy my part. I didn't take anything personally as I continue.
I laughed at myself (after it finished the play) the part where I did shutter(sp) for some reason I couldn't get out of the word from the line but I managed to continue to finish the line. Haha, I couldn't believe for split moment I almost forgot the line.
Here's the second part of the scene, the young girl who usually come and get me when I'm having the next show part. For some reason, I saw stage manager came and got me... I knew I'm late for my next part... I ran as fast as possible without making footstep sound as best as I can. I have shawl wrap around my head as I approach. I saw them already on the stage and I knew I'm the next line to say... I quickly said the line as I jumped on the plateform as seem like I was really attracking the young boy like it is part of the play (even though I was suppose to be pretending that I'm attacking him but I'm on the plateform... not run and jumped and say the line)... but really I was LATE. hahaha, After it was done.. I was kinda surprised that was the fastest moment ... Like we finish in 1 SECOND... NOT 1 minute. I did laughed but not out loud. I just grinning from ear to ear. Wow! That was quick one. It was soo close. Too close...
I did approach to the young girl by my hands on my waist and looked at her like why didn't ya come and get me like she used to do that. She appozed many times since she was having fun with the photograph and with other girls. She totally forgotten. Haha, Whatever... but I do understand. Sometimes that happens.. but I'm glad that I made it on time... sorta...
It was still fun!
Here's another night...
Again.. the second scene.. not the first part.... this time.. the guy messed up.. He said "Little girl, Little girl, blah blah blah.. That not the right one... He supposed to say, "Write me when you learn how." Because the "Little girl " line part is for the first scene... Not the second scene. He said that line "little girl" and of course the boy and I didn't say our line as it was suppose to but since that Man messed it up. Once he realized that he messed it up.. He went ahead and added "Write me when you learn how." Of course.. the other crone supposed to say the next line but I knew that she's confused because she didn't hear me saying my line. I went ahead and said it first (even though it is her first) once she realized what I said.. she went ahead and said it.
We are the crones... Three women... We are the nightmare as in witches-type. We say at the same time... at the last line... The crone 1 suppose to say first, "Yeah, don't tell anyone where you came from. Don't tell anyone...." I must say, "Yeah, don't tell anyone..." Crone 3 will say "Yeah, don't tell any..." We must say at the same times... But I went ahead said first. Since I knew one girl is already confusing. She came to me and told me that she's so glad that I said it. Because she was lost where she suppose to say.
Well, it's all about teamwork. It's really all about teamwork by helping each other out. But I don't mind helping other who do the work... for those who doesn't do the work, I refuse to help.
Overall, I enjoy more and more and more (despite my bad luck, lately). I'm so glad that I cut down the work hours by 2 to 3 days a week. I really do. It's relieve for me. I do enjoy more and relaxing. Even though I do work for other area (for free). One supervisor asked me where have I been. I told him Oh I'm still around but just not working everyday. He asked me if I have another job. I told him now it's the threatre. It's just for fun. In other word, it's free. The money they paid to.. is actually chairty, it will go to the needs whoever needs the fundrasing stuff like that.
It's worth my worthwhile.

Most Affordable Towns
**** Copy & Paste here*******
Looking for an affordable place to own a home? Think Garfield Heights, Ohio, or Penn Hills, Pennsylvania, or any number of the townships and communities clustered predominantly in America's industrial heartland. Nine of the 25 in the list can be found in Ohio alone.
To generate the list, we divided median family income by median home prices. The towns are ranked in order of their home-to-income ratio. And average prices are less than half the cost of hot coastal markets, such as Boston, San Francisco and Seattle.
Northbrook, Ohio Median family income: $59,902 Median home price (2006): $83,760This sleepy Cincinnati suburb has more than 11,000 people and some of the best housing buys in a region known for affordable places to live. Residents say they like the low-key living there, aided by a high percentage of home ownership. Northbrook is one of many Ohio communities benefiting from an influx of out-of-state buyers looking for investment properties. Prices, however, remain reasonable and the community has managed to maintain its character.
Blacklick Estates, Ohio Median family income: $59,172Median home price (2006): $83,480A short drive from the flourishing state capital of Columbus, Blacklick Estates provides a pastoral setting with good schools nearby and a number of activities within walking distance.
Tonawanda, New YorkMedian family income: $51,819Median home price (2006): $74,878The town's name means "Swift Running Water" not "Crazy Real Estate Bubble." Tonawanda commonly refers to several towns in Western New York, but in this case we're talking about the two that run along the Niagara River with attractive affordable homes. Available there: A ranch with three bedrooms and two baths for $119,000 -- and that's on the high end. Values are easily found for under $100,000, making this region both beautiful and budget-friendly.
Shiloh, OhioMedian family income: $54,079Median home price (2006): $79,722"Shiloh" is generally believed to be an Old Testament reference to the Messiah. Ohioans are so enamored with the name that they've given it to four towns in the state. We're focusing on the one in Montgomery County. The city has an abundance of neatly kept, smartly priced homes where fixer-uppers start in the mid-60s and where you can get a three-bedroom with garage for about $135,000.
West Mifflin, Pennsylvania Median family income: $52,771Median home price (2006): $81,113Just a few miles southeast of downtown Pittsburgh, West Mifflin provides easy access to the greater metropolitan area with housing prices that are anything but big-city. Late-model split-levels go for $189,000, while wide open spaces can be purchased for a reasonable $50,000 an acre.
North College Hill, Ohio Median family income: $52,482Median home price (2006): $80,761While this Cincinnati suburb dates to the year the Constitution was signed, you don't need old money to live there. Well-maintained ranchers and Cape Cods go for under $100,000, and you can pick up a newer four-bedroom for under $170,000. The Ronald Reagan Cross Country Highway provides fine transportation access but hasn't caused property values to skyrocket.
Maple Heights, Ohio Median family income: $54,368Median home price (2006): $84,597This Cleveland suburb has been the beneficiary of some very ambitious local economic development initiatives, but housing costs remain well in line with what the locals can afford. Prices there tend to be a bit higher than other parts of the state -- a modest Cape Cod in the nicer part of town will run you $130,000 -- but Maple Heights is still well below the national average. There are plenty of bargains in the below-$100,000 range.
Kenmore, New York Median family income: $59,875Median home price (2006): $93,413Kenmore joins the aforementioned Tonawanda to form a region the locals call Ken-Ton. The Buffalo suburb offers low-cost housing in low-crime neighborhoods. Decent single-family homes start around $70,000 there with many in the $150,000 range. More exclusive areas, like Deerfield Park, will cost you close to $300,000.
Penn Hills, Pennsylvania Median family income: $54,022Median home price (2006): $84,915For an incorporated township, Penn Hills is sizeable with more than 40,000 residents, but the real estate market hasn't overheated. Decent homes in this Pittsburgh suburb can easily be found for less than $100,000, while impressive five-bedroom homes on sprawling properties can be had for about $300,000.
Brentwood, Pennsylvania Median family income: $55,105Median home price (2006): $86,878Another in a long list of inexpensive, quiet suburbs in the Pittsburgh-Northeast Ohio corridor, Brentwood gets plenty of lake-effect snow but lots of heat from the local real estate market. Like its counterparts, you can get a decent fixer-upper or starter home in the $60,000 range, but you can also go upscale with the $300,000-and-up construction sprouting in the newer neighborhoods.
Depew, New YorkMedian family income: $56,786Median home price (2006): $90,149Quiet Depew is another Buffalo suburb known for nasty winters and low-cost housing. In this old railroad town it's not unheard of to find older homes selling for around $50,000, with very few properties over the $400,000 mark.
Irmo, South Carolina Median family income: $74,920Median home price (2006): $119,003This suburb of state capital, Columbia, features scenic Lake Murray, a solid travel system and great schools -- just the kind of place where real estate prices should soar. Yet costs remain reasonable, with a fair number of bargains below $150,000. The high end, though, can get pretty high, with properties listed at $500,000 and up.

Corning, New YorkMedian family income: $52,152Median home price (2006): $83,198Glass manufacturer Corning Inc. serves as the economic bedrock for this southwest New York community known also for the elaborate Rockwell Museum of Western Art. Opportunities abound for the housing bargain hunter, with many fine homes listed below $75,000 and few over $400,000.
Lancaster, New York Median family income: $61,781Median home price (2006): $98,883The town of Lancaster and the smaller adjacent village by the same name have been talking about merging, but until then this upstate community stands on its own as an affordable housing center. Single-family homes start under $100,000 and run to the half-million-dollar range -- still far lower than in many other regions in the state.
Bellevue, Ohio Median family income: $55,104Median home price (2006): $91,322This little sliver of a city somehow manages to span four counties, perhaps accounting for the wild variations in home prices. A small single can run you as low as $35,000, but the larger homes in newer developments will set you back close to $600,000.
Gates-North Gates, New York Median family income: $59,960Median home price (2006): $99,612Part of the larger town of Gates, this upstate community is near a number of major corporate headquarters including Eastman Kodak and Bausch & Lomb. Despite such well-heeled neighbors, the Gates area remains a place where you can easily find a great home in the $100,000 range.
Cheektowaga, New York Median family income: $53,039Median home price (2006): $88,239Yet another place to go house-hunting in the Buffalo region, Cheektowaga is the largest of the suburbs with a population approaching 100,000. The town features hundreds of multi-dwelling units that go for $90,000 and under as well as an amazing array of single-family houses priced below $75,000.
Cheviot, Ohio Median family income: $54,611Median home price (2006): $92,038This small Cincinnati suburb has houses priced to sell. A handful of available luxury homes will set you back about $500,000, but the lower end finds a slew of handsomely maintained homes for well under six figures.
Boardman, Ohio Median family income: $61,012Median home price (2006): $103,175Part of that up-and-coming Pittsburgh-Northeast Ohio region, the sprawling town is known mostly for farming and its banner crop of athletes, which include former Cleveland Browns quarterback Bernie Kosar. On the real estate scene, an array of cute single-family homes goes for under $100,000, with an abundance of fixer-uppers for half that price. There are also quality higher-end properties available around this charming town.
Lincoln Park, Michigan Median family income: $56,912Median home price (2006): $96,579Residents of this Detroit suburb generally work in the city at one of the automotive plants, with industry in town virtually non-existent. Housing prices run the gamut, with most under $150,000 and very little above $250,000.
Melvindale, Michigan Median family income: $53,156Median home price (2006): $90,302A Detroit suburb with precious little of its own industry, there are lots of homes available in Melvindale for under $100,000. Even $150,000 gets pricey here, with the most expensive homes topping out at under $300,000.
Storm Lake, Iowa Median family income: $50,455Median home price (2006): $85,830Home of Buena Vista University, Storm Lake is an ethnically diverse community rich with housing bargains. There are a handful of homes in the $500,000 range, but you can get plenty of house for under $70,000.
Garfield Heights, OhioMedian family income: $54,166Median home price (2006): $93,116This Cleveland suburb recently witnessed the completion of the $200 million CitiView Center, a mega-complex to house shopping, a hotel and office space. Property values are still reasonable though, with an amazingly rich selection of real estate, at least half of it priced under $150,000 and only a sliver of more than 1,700 listings priced over $250,000.
Kokomo, IndianaMedian family income: $50,355Median home price (2006): $87,148Slow-moving Kokomo is home to a DaimlerChrysler plant and Delphi Corp. world headquarters. Its real estate market, though, remains tame, with most listings coming in below $250,000 and more than half well below $100,000. Not the Kokomo Island of which the Beach Boys sang, but definitely an oasis for home shoppers on limited budgets.
Harper Woods, Michigan Median family income: $63,770Median home price (2006): $110,486This small city split off from a larger township 55 years ago and has made its identity, as the name implies, as a rural counterpart to its more industrialized neighbors in the Detroit area. Co-ops and condos might be the biggest bargain in town, with most starting around $40,000. Single-family homes are available as well for under $100,000 where even the high end doesn't get much higher than $200,000.

Guess Not...
Since my mom found out that she require to work on weekends. Now, she starting to considering not to go for it. Plus working at night... Sound too much like my position...
Speaking of the position, there's one available postion for morning. I remember one person did work there and she works every morning execpt weekends. Then I decided to ask for that position.
One guy came up to me and go with him in the pravite room plus another young lady who knows sign language. He told me that if I want that "promote" position... I didn't realize that is for promote position. He said that I would not be able to get that postion because of my "attenditive(sp) problem". What he means that I have to fill out certain days that I can't show up TWO weeks ahead... NOT 3 days before or something like that. Plus, I left early at night couple times.... again that was NOT on purpose, it was miscommunication there!! *sigh* However, they don't see that. They see it as an exuse.
I did fill out certain dates and they didn't updated what I'm available or not, in the past before I joined the Threatre. I was stuck on those dates. It's like I'm not allow to "unavailable" I've asked 30 hours or less... They put me more hours. When I starting to try-out. I did fill out what's I'm NOT available... Yet, they still didn't change the update. I fed-up. I went ahead and go and try-out and I got the part. I called 3 days ahead to let them know I can't show up(I already fill out TWO weeks ahead).
Geez, BECAUSE of my "attentive (show up) promblem" DAMN IT!!! Now I do look bad for the future job. I'm surprised that they didn't fired me. CRAP!!! What's next??
I'm hoping that I'm making sense here.
Any advices here!! I'm really upset about that happened. I need advices, please!

YAY!!!!
FINALLY! After all those years I've tried to encourage mom to get a job. Since she's complaining that she's bored a lot. She felt that she isn't worth enough to get one. She did tried to applied few times before but they declined. Even though mom did have experenices but she haven't been working since I was born. So, it has been LONG time. I did reminded my mom that one store-owner did asked her if she wants to work at her store. That lady who owns that store did literally hire her. Sadly, it's too far from where they live. It's 2 hours drive. That's because my mom always LOVE to talk to people and she usually talk to ANYBODY doesn't matter who is who. Kids, adults, teenagers, and etc.... Mom still talks to them.
My mom goes to her all-time favorite store nearby my home. She goes there a lot. She did talk to the workers there and she smiles a lot. Mom said that the employers' favorite costumer is my mom. Haha! When they heard that my mom is applying the application for the job, they told the manager that she's better hire her. They didn't interview... Hire her on the spot. Haha!
Now, on Monday will be training time for my mom!! *grinning from ear to ear* I'm happy for her!

Slept Hard and Long
WHOOO!! I slept hard today. I did set up clock alarm for noon. I accidently set up A.M. Yes, I went to be after midnight. So, I slept right through until 3pm. I woke up a little goggy but feels sooo good. What a strange dream, too! There's viking, celtic symbol, blue stone, mirror, and good looking hunks... They're TALL and BIG men. But they good-looking.. Not bum type with dirty long bread and etc. There are just nodding and gestures. There's very small converstation. I can't remember the converstation. There's some kind of meeting. It just jumped in different scene real quick like changing channel but same people. So, weird. But very nice way to sleep without interrprut.
Anyway, I'm going to the play again on Tuesday night because so many people signed up for it so they went ahead and add more for it. Lucky, I'm free this Tuesday night and Wedensday. Talking about perfect timing. For sure, I'm free Wedensday. However, I'm going to do errands around the house. Blah! Always doing errands... Nothing new. Haha!
Speaking of the play, it was good, tonight. I know one guy who also invovle that play. He only plays minor character; however, he did tried out the audition for Beauty and the Beast. OOoohhhh, that's my favorite Disney Movie..."Who could ever learn to love the Beast." Hehe, I also found out that guy is also playing the "beast". He is going to sing, too. There's a musical, too. If it is smiliar as the movie for songs and scirpts and words. GREAT! At least, I know what's going on when I am watching it. I'm pretty sure there will be interpreter for one night, too. So, I'm going!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I gotta see that play. It is one of several favorite Disney movies. *smile* Mmmm I may re-watch it before I go and watch the play.

Nice Experiences
After few times of doing the play, it is really interesting experiences. I truly enjoy it dispite the fact that I hate to sweat when it comes to wear those costumes on hot days.
There's a few mess up on the lines but what make good acting real good is that pretending to be part of the scirpt when it isn't. Only we know the mistakes while the audience don't. Also, there's one person who didn't make it. Lucky, there's another back up. Even the back up memorize her own lines and try to memorize someone else's line messed up. It's really funny. I didn't laugh at the play. I just went on using my lines and continue like it was nothing. After the play is over, I did laughed. It's really so funny. I even laughed at my own mistake.
It's worth it! As I mention before, it's something different things to do. I noticed the differences. At the play, these people are doing this just for enjoyment because they're not getting paid. They're there having fun and they do take their parts sincerely. They're not playing around or wasting their time. They do thier teamwork so well. WAY better than my working dept. I feel like half the time, they don't do their parts. They just there to get the money and leave. THey're expecting someone else doing for them. Espeically when it comes to "young" kids. Like a mother do for them.
Anyway, My family and I are doing fine and that's including our pets. They're doing okay, too.
