Consider yourself luck that your parent is still living under the roof in their house.

Right now, we are at higher risk of becoming homeless and bankracpty if we didn't sell the house within by end of December.

Today, we are having yard-salel. My mom is in heart-wrenching to sell the good stuff espeically the french-country oil painting. It is my mom's favorite. I asked her if she want me to buy it. She said no since I'm in the same situation. She's right. I have to save my money.

Right now, it has been over an hour and no one is stopping by. They just drive by and looked. There's one car drive by about 6 times. Mom said they are trying to steal it. If both is bored and decided to stay inside.

If that doesn't work, I'm going to try on ebay. I never done on ebay before. Any suggestion of how's that work or start it up. Mom said she don't have time to do it. I'm going to give it a try. I may start french and french-country oil painting on ebay.

Damn it!! I saw the house for sale and it is right next to us.... There is another house for sell few door next to us. That house has been trying to sell for over 3 months now.

Mom said, we may have to pack our clothes and leave until the first payment didn't pay, that's when the bank foreclousre it. We just take what we got. My mom dislike the idea but we may go back to poor white trash living in tailer(sp). We did lived like that long time ago. Just that mom wasn't her idea way of ending retire and too old to go try start over again. Since my parent had worked so hard to build up and going up the stairs to have better life than their parents. Now, they may go back to rock bottom.

One man did came and check out and he said, those stuff are way too nice to buy. He's look for some kind of junk. Haha. However, he suggestion craglist. I had forgotten about craiglist since it is free to sign up for it. So, once bring those stuff in, I will take a pictures. If anyone curious, or might be interesting to buy. Let me know before I post on craiglist.
