can u say "no"?

I admit sometimes it is diffcult for me to say no. Only thing I can say no is to sex and drugs or anything that's dangergous.

I remember last time I went out with a guy. He wanted to make another date. I actually said no. Howver, his begging make it worst. So I gave in and said yes. I managed to convinced him to accept to mee me on Friday when he wants to see me next day, then next day. Everyday is too much for me. In fact, I got tired of him. My instrest in him grow into zero then below zero.

So he accepted Friday, that gave me few days woth of break from him. I took myself reconsideration. Finally, I emailed him Thursday evening that I do not want to meet him on Friday and from now on. I notice it is a lot easier for me to say no thru email even he begged me thru emails but I was able to say no again and blocked him out.

When my boss asked me to work the next morning, I did respond, I don't think I can. My boss is actually gave me a look. So I gave in and work next day. My legs were so sore that I almost collespe several times. My muscles in my legs were abt to give up on me and could not hold me up any longer.

Next day, I wasn't working then my boss text msg me and asked me to work the next day. It was too soon for my sore legs. I even nearly collespe couple times on my first day off. Like I said, it is so much easier to say no thru emails, text msg, and relay(can't hear tone of voice even relay explain the tone of voice but I can ingore).

In so many ways, I thank God, that I'm deaf. It is one nicest advantage.

My sore legs are getting better. Although the sore and pain are still there. At least, it is not extremely. Thanks to Bengay/icyhot plus tenyhol helped out. Oh, I did had one nice not bath with epsodium(sp) salt. I'm thinking abt do again tmw.
